Return Policy
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and an opening video of the packaging are required for a return.
- Products will be exchanged in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong deliveries.
- Some exceptional cases may qualify for a return.
- Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a company error.
- Refunds will only be processed if the product is not delivered.

Eligibility for Exchange
- Items qualify for exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are allowed for wrong size, color, or damaged/defective products caused by our side.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Exchange Process
- Initiate an exchange request by sending your Order ID and reason for exchange.
- Our team will review your request and arrange a return pickup service if needed.
- Once the returned item passes inspection, a replacement will be shipped within 2-4 business days.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items bought on sale/offers are not eligible for exchange unless defective or damaged.
- Personal-use items requiring hygiene maintenance cannot be exchanged.
Important Notes
- If reverse pickup service is not available in your area, you must ship the product to our designated address.
- Fashion Gallery reserves the right to reject exchange requests if returned items do not meet our quality standards.
